Your Philips Hospitality TV allows you to stream your pictures, videos and music from your mobile device to the TV in your hotel room.
You can mirror the content of your mobile device to the TV through Miracast. To do this open your menu on the television and press “Miracast”. Then open the “device’s settings menu” on your mobile device and select “screen mirroring”, usually under the wireless or display tab.
In the list select the name that is shown on your TV to link the mobile device with the TV. Press “ok” on your television and start streaming your media! Don’t forget to turn off your mirroring when you are done.
If you want to use your mobile device for other functions and stream your media to the TV at the same time you can use DirectShare.
Download the “Philips My Remote App”. Then open your television menu and press “DirectShare”. Next, make sure you have your Wi-Fi turned on and connect to the WIFI network name as show on your television. When asked for a password, type in the password shown on your TV. Finally go to the Philips My Remote app and press “direct share” to enjoy your favorite pictures, movies or music while checking your latest mail, social media or messages.
